Valid returns are when the product itself is actually damaged and or the wrong product was received. Returns must be made by sending an email to raebeautyxhairco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends NOT holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
